3。把小面团分成数量对等的两半,一半:一个艾一个的放好。用刷子刷上油。之后再在刷好油的小面团上洒面粉。

4。用剩下的另一部分小面团盖在已经刷油洒面的面团上。用手把两个面团的边捏在一起。

5。把捏好的面团杆成饼。大概3毫米厚就可以。如果喜欢薄一点的就杆薄点。

6。上铁锅烙,这时饼的中间会鼓起来。
