对不起大家，近几天较忙，没有更新消息。 这个店是韩国人的，周围500米没有竞争者，环境还可以，已经实地考察! 卖店原因：店主7年前做过心脏手术，身体不太好，已查证，给我看刀口了。 韩棒子确实倔，今天领教了，我电话约他看财政报表，他告诉我只能当面看，不能用笔记，不能拿走，更不能给会计看。呵呵，等我大致看一遍的时候，又告诉我只能看一遍。哇靠。牛人 2011年大致情况如下： 570,000 sales 131,000 gross profit 48,000 management fee 9,000 salary and benfit 25,000 net income before tax 另外，没看清2010年的，只记住510,000 sales 从他的blance sheet上可以看出五年前:60,000 equipments + 43,000 goodwill 他告诉我花了100,000多买的店 但店主告诉我随时可以查店，不用下offer,不用押金，我很惊讶，立刻告知下周查店，每天早7：00到晚10：00。 临走时，免费大杯冰淇凌，自我感觉不好意思，我买了一盒冰淇凌给孩子8.99$. 参照以上信息，大家看看，评估一下，值多少银子！ 另外跟店时注意啥，各位大佬给提个醒，先谢过大家了。

卡城的行情不了解。如果觉得这个店各方面还满意（比如价钱在可接受的范围内并可商量，销售情况等等），想跟店了解情况，那就JUST DO IT。现在谈其他的都为时过早，拿到真实资料后再讨价，相信在跟店的过程中你应该会对这个店有个大概的心里价位。 另外，跟店时间也是有讲究地，月初月尾和月中，周末，周初应该是有差别的 |
