像这种聚会的通知最好在生活百事发布， 那里毕竟看的人多。
悬崖公圆地方挺大的， 能不能定一下确切的位置，也便于寻找。

BBQ的锅那里倒是不少， 但是需要人带碳和引火的纸和油。

时间马上就到了， 愿意去的朋友请尽快的相互联系一下。想去又时间不凑巧的就帮忙给顶一下帖子。

在 生活百事 里已经发了，但那儿帖子太多。

一般都是一家子都去，能自己带BBQ炉子的就带上，碳和引火的纸和油等也各家自己带（当然到时候可以互通有无），有搭伙的也可以互相联系一下。我有个小炉子，10个人用没问题。

有设备的带设备，没设备的带自家拿手菜。聚会时，设备共享、食物共享。

it is really difficult to organize this gathering in such a short notice.
shouldn't we consider of moving it to the weekend after?
my concerns are:
1) many members may have other plans for this long weekend.
2) for members without their own transportation, it is almost impossible to get there by ttc, and we don't have enough time to organize carpool. should we move to another park?
3) it is nice that we can share food with other families/friends, however, it could be a bit awkward for members attending by themselves to walk up to other family's bbq stand and take their food. personally, i would not feel comfortable that way. we do need some sort of coordination, especially that we have no idea of how many members will turn out, how much food should we prepare, etc.?

i don't think scarborough bluff is the best location for this gathering. for reasong being:
1) it is not easy to get there by ttc.
2) it will be packed with people on weekends, hard for us to practice.
3) not enough open space for us to spar with each other.
i suggest ernest thompson seton park, it is close to the science center.
1) you can get there by ttc, if you can't find members to carpool with.
2) less people
3) lots of open ground covered by grass, so you would hurt yourself too much if you fall.
4) tracks for rollerblading, cycling, and other family fun.

just my thoughts, like to hear from others. i am really looking forward to meet some elite fighters.

This gathering is for everybody but not just for WuShu guys. We can play other games as well besides WuShu stuff.

For food sharing, there is no worry. If we put some tables together and put all the food on the tables, everybody will feel comfortable. I saw some similar gathering a few months ago. It's very nice.
