【求助】想做中国铸件出口加拿大的生意
朋友在国内有一个铸造厂,做树脂砂铸造已经10多年了,主要是給国内的机床厂做床身和主轴箱,技术和实力较强,很想出口铸件到北美来,不知如何起步,希望各位能够指点一下如何运作,或提供一点行业和市场信息,不胜感激!

how to market
there are several ways that you can help your friend, first, hire or find someone to sell the product or service by finding the leads by himself. the salesman is responsible for finding his clients. second ask someone to do the same sales work, but no wage, just commision. the seller has no risk, but has no administating power also. third,(expensive) advertising the business in related magazines and newspapers to draw some interests. second way is common, but the success rate is very low. first way is better, but you need to find the right person. |

加拿大和美国的机床很多都外包到亚洲了.你可以看以下美国机床协会的网站消息,如果年底经济不回暖,30%的会员会消失.因为机床是制造业的基础,尤其是汽车工业,北美的情况你应当知道.很多机床工厂都是停产而不是slow down.另外,也涉及到货期的问题.除非量大,但量大的公司未必会很快和你接触.总之需要比较长的时间.如果您的朋友没有做过出口,多少还会有些问题.你不妨建议他试试韩国和日本的生意,欧洲如德国和意大利,包括西班牙应当比北美生意好做些.一点浅薄看法.
