准备办父母团聚移民，IMM0008 表，即application for permanent residence in Canada
11项， details of family members : you must provide the following details about each of your family members, whether they will be accompanying you to Canada or not. YOu must include your spouse or common_law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children, and those of yourspouse or common_law partner, who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada.我想问：我有两个弟弟在中国，一个结婚了。1 我是否要写我父母，我两个弟弟及我的材料？还是只写我父母和未婚弟弟的材料？ 2 我未婚弟弟30多岁了，是否是dependent children？如果我出示他22岁以前的full time 学习证明，他是否具备资格和父母一起担保移民过来？
