cabbage town is very pretty, but the house is really old built. It will require lots of work to maintain the house. Personally I love Banbury and Yorkmills area. my hubby and I need save another 5 years to upgrade ourself to there at least.

My hubby 's office is walking distance to our home right now. For Yorkmills , only 5 minutes driving distance. so we won't move to central downtown at all. My hubby and I drove around toronto often to check out the neighborhood, every area you mentioned are million plus house. Frankly speaking, I am not sure if i want to be house poor or cut back shopping to live expensive area. Big house also cost more to decorate since I love expensive furniture and decoration, so 900k house would be my top limit. Maybe I never can afford those houses. But I don't really care, million house is never a part of my life goal any way. |
