请教，如果我妈有一次入境探亲签证, 是否可以和我开车去美国

想趁她来多伦多带她带美国的Niagara Falls看看，不知是否可行。有此经验的请指教. 这是我从网上看到的, 不能确定.

27. Do I need a multiple entry Temporary Resident Visa if I intend to travel to the United States during my visit to Canada?

A single entry visa allows you to enter Canada only once. However, this visa may also be used for repeated entries into Canada from the USA or St. Pierre and Miquelon provided you do not enter another country. Such entries must occur within the time that was granted for your stay in Canada.

If you intend to travel to the United States during your visit to Canada, you do not need a multiple-entry visa in order to re-enter Canada directly from the United States during the duration of your stay in Canada.

你忘了关键问题：不是"回"加拿大，而是能不能“去”，“去”美国要签证的。

从美国回加拿大是可以，但是怎么进美国呢？

老妈好不容易来次加拿大，如果可能，总想带她多去些地方，能去美国看看更好，不能去也就算了，并不只是想看个瀑布。谢谢各位。

那就来了以后去办个美国签证，有一些成功的例子的，虽说不多
