I did the hacking and install iGo8 as well. It's huge improvement from Destinator to iGo8. And glad to see WinCE is wide open now. What other software you are going to install?

You need to hack your r600 to install these stuffs, just follow the steps in the redflagdeal post.

i just installed it with a 512mb sd card, i store Canada maps only tho, you will want a bigger one if you want all the maps in and room for mp3, videos

I just got my R600, and still charging it. Anyway I don't have a BT cellphone so I have no way to test it.

No worries, i just played it out...need to turn it on from Device Setting which is linked back to the system setting of stock main menu.

Now only need to find a hands free program to run in miopocket.

Yes, you should not shut it down. only use standby or display off. The power off switch is like a reset button

Same, 26.5MB free...but i have no problem running igo8 with TTS...when I run off route, it recalculate new route very quick...so far so great...;-)

I think it's your skin...i just use default, no problem at all when running with TTS.

even when i try to plan to vancouver airport from toronto down town, it shows out of memory @ 96% completed...for calgary airport, it stuck @ 86%...guess calgary's road is more taugh...;-)
