拿在加拿大获得的美国签证可以从中国直接进入美国吗？

移名加拿大后获得5年的美国签证，现在还是加拿大的永久居民，现在在国内工作。要去美国开会请问可以从中国直接进入美国吗？是否还需要在中国申请美国签证？请有经验的朋友帮忙。

请问XDM319，是移民，但在国内工作，你的美国签证在加拿大签的吗？需要什么材料？或能给个链接吗？究竟这种情况要在国内办理还是加拿大办理。谢谢

We got the visa while I worked in Toronto. You should have an inviatation from one US company and a letter from your employer in Canada. That's our case.

However it looks not so complicated right now as you can find some friends apply for the visitor's visa easily in Canada. I don't think you can easily get the visa in China.

出去不管，进来的时候看，不过枫叶卡好像只要刷一下纪录就更新了。

Are you talking about the I-94? It sounds like I-94. But I-94 should not be for such a short time.

Anyway, I-94 is still there. Depands on the condition of the visa you used to enter the US, you might or might not need to return the I-94 to the US immigration. If you don't return it, like my case, you don't need a new one next time.
