换家庭医生

上次有个帖子说姓廖的要50元换医生费，不知是全家的还是一个人的？我现在一个人换，他要50，该不该给他？上次投诉他的朋友成功了吗？很想知道并且加入一份。各位大侠支个着。

为什么换医生还交钱啊？

我也是从姓廖的那换到别的家庭医生的，我也没通知姓廖的，直接就到换到别的家庭医生那去了。一开始那个新的家庭医生听说我以前由家庭医生，他不收我，我和他说如果我觉得家庭医生不好不能换么？再有当时我身体也不太好，他也怕给我耽误了，也没说什么，我们就在他那看了，一直到现在。

别管他，直接换就行了。我原来就在那个姓廖的那里，后来换到别处了。

One does NOT need to pay to switch Family Doctors. However, if one wants his chart be transferred to the new doctor, it is not unresonable for the previous doc to charge 25 - 75 dollars/person for preparing and photocopying the chart, depending on the thickness of the chart. Becasue ripping the chart apart and copy both sides and putting it back together do cost staff time. BTW, the original chart has to remain in previous doc's office by law., he can only transfer photocopies.

So, if one is healthy, don't bother transferring the chart.

One never wins for complaining been charged for chart transfers. However, substandard medical practice is another matter but one will have to substantiate his complains. The college will investigate every complains in writing and it could take a long time to finish. The plaintiff's privacy is protect by law but one will have to provide contact information to the college so that they can give you progress reports and the outcome.

xry, 你现在住哪里？如果在南面，southland palaza （火车站附近）这里有洋人儿科医生,不错，很认真。明天直接找去就行。另外，着重谢谢Here not.There not.

If no chronic illness, then just go to a walk-in clinic. There are many good doctors in walk-in clinics.

如果你有些重要的化验报告或检查报告在liu那里，你可能需要由你的新医生去化验处调出，不从liao那里transfer,他就无法收钱。
