小baby的团聚移民，该怎么办理？

本人现在在中国，刚从加国回来不久，准备给将要出生的小孩办理团聚移民的手续。我从北京大使馆要了一份资料，上面说sponsor必须要居住在加国才可以办理团聚手续。另外，看了资料说明很复杂，但刚出生的小孩不可能有那么多的手续，以前在论坛上好像有人说过，手续很简单，而且时间大概在2个月左右。请知情者详细指教，具体应该填写那些表格？孩子和大人需要准备哪些材料？因为在国内上华枫论坛速度很慢，请知情者能将信息发到我电子邮箱： xcmchina@hotmail.com 谢过了！！

To sponsor your baby, you're the sponsor, your baby need apply immigration visa. Sponsor should be reside in Canada when you sponsor your baby...actually it means the sponsor's mail address (contact address) should be in Canada. However, they may contact you according to the address for something. So you know what I mean? After you send all materials to CPC, if the sponsorship be approved, you'll get a mail from CPC, and your baby's immigration case will automatically transfer to BeiJing.
For the materials you need to provide, just follow the doc-list (there is general one and a special one for PRC). For new baby's material, it's very simple, only need his/her birth certificate. But he/she need take a physical exam at the hospital for immigrant like the adult. Somehow, you also need provide your Hukou (Notarized) with the name of the baby to indicate he/she is a resident of PRC.
There is no need for providing financial liability for baby re-union.

申请小孩团聚我觉得没必要Co-sign,只有增加复杂度。一般以母亲名义Sponsor比较好，此外，有需要小Baby签字的地方也由大人签（代签）即可。

你说签字由大人代签,那么,签字的格式是怎样的?是只写小孩的名字,还是只写大人的名字,或者两人的名字都要写?
办理下来,总共花费多少?
