We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application, and a study book called A Look at Canada on August 12, 2003. We started processing your application on January 20, 2004. |

每个人的情况不一样，很难说你需要多少时间。电话上说是10个月，但期间有什么情况发生谁也不知道。材料？手印？移民官是否足够？因素多了。你住的区也的关系。我在downtown先交表申请，朋友在scaborough，结果朋友比我早很多很多搞定。当然我的情况是例外。 应该还有几步： Your file was transferred on (date) to the Toronto office for the citizenship testing and taking of the citizenship oath. The Toronto office will contact you to write the Citizenship test. We sent you a notice on (date) to (address)to appear and write the Citizenship test on (time). If this address is not correct, please contact us. Thank you. We sent you a notice on (date) to (address) to appear and take the Oath of Citizenship on (time). If this address is not correct, please contact us. Thank you. You became a Canadian citizen on (date). |

这是我的进程， 仅供参考 2月5日终于收到移民部入籍考试通知信， 我住在Scarborough地区. 2003年6月10日寄出申请，7月29日收到移民部入籍申请的第一封信。 信中说需要8-10个月来处理， 并给了一个档案号。随信寄来的还有 一本书--‘A Look at Canada’。 苦等到今天（因为我没有办枫叶卡，而周围的朋友递交入籍申请 比我晚的都已经收到考试通知），真的很着急。还好，总算等来了。 时间 Feb. 24 8:30am 地点 200 Town Centre Court ========================== 越过辽阔天空啦……飞向遥远群星 来吧 阿童木 爱科学的好少年 善良勇敢的啦……铁臂阿童木 十万马力 七大神力 无私无畏的阿童木 穿过广阔天地啦……潜如深深海洋 来吧 阿童木 爱和平的好少年 善良勇敢的啦……阿童木 我们的好朋友啊 无私无畏的阿童木 |
