The sentence above is the original sentence from the visa officer.

I am confused with the word ---- ''All notarised booklets should contain photocopies of the original documents. Notarised statements are not adequate substitutes.''
What it means ?
Whether I should ask the department of notarization in my city to add the photocopy of my original marriage certificate into the ''Notarised photocopy '' of mine ?

Please help me !!!

银行有提供开存款证明的业务，只是把存款冻结几个月，这些去支行的窗口办理就行了。这个存款证明都是中英文的。

But I was seriously told that they don't add the photocopy of my original marriage certificate into the ''Notarised photocopy '' of mine by the department of notarization in my city. If I insist on that then that 公证件 will be not a truely 公证件 but an another document, they told me.

In a word, thanks any way. I think it is a normal and common problem, which many people here will meet in future because this sentence comes from the Embassy's issue. So if someone recently just is going to hand in her/his ''Notarised photocopy of marriage certificate'' please notice that.

Of course, if you have recently just gotten your visa please tell me how did you do your ''Notarised photocopy of marriage certificate''.

我所见到的婚姻公证书都是有结婚证原件的复印件的,也不知道你那个公证处怎么搞的.不行就换一家办吧,这年月公证处也不少,都抢着拉生意挣钱呢.

I vistered 3 公证处 in Xi'an, they told me that.

And I knew many people got the ''Notarised photocopy of marriage certificate'' just same as they said without the photocopy of applicator's original marriage certificate.

So I am confused with that. Where do you (Winddancer) got your ''Notarised photocopy of marriage certificate'' and 有结婚证原件的复印件的 ???

To FirstLast: 我们的婚姻公证是在北京办的,由于我看到的都是有原件复印件的,我就以为大概就是这样的. 你有没有问他们如果公证学位证书的话加不加原件复印件? 如果这个也不加那可就更加奇怪了.

这年头真是千变万化了，真不懂了。本来加使馆需要的就是你婚姻状况的证明，而结婚证书是发给当事人的，凭什么给别人？再说，原件还用公证处证明啊？那不是说他比发证机关权大吗？与法不通吗。可能是西安的公证处不知道如何做公证。
北京的公证处从来是审核原件--在第一页中有说明，复印及翻译原件--这是对原件的解释。这是公证。
请想象：如果你做房屋公证--公证书是要给别人的，把你的房产证贴上，以后你还有什么东西证明你的房子是你的呢。

说到学位公证，不要再去公证处办了，白花钱--加拿大使馆已经不认了。需要到清华大学的教委学位认证处办理，而且要等使馆通知你要什么样的证明--毕业证书、学位证明、成绩单还是其中之一、二，证书将由认证办直接寄到使馆，你只能得到副本--还要另外交钱。
我确实看到有假的，且被教委入档，这辈子别想再出国了。
