第一次申请母亲探亲顺利通过啦！！复上资料清单、模版和议员联系方式

经过一周的时间，母亲已经收到我邮寄回去的资料,打算亲自去一趟北京大使馆。申请费用75加元，从2007年12月10开始申请费用做了调整。

材料清单为：北京申请说明

一. 申请人每人须提供：
1. 两份用英文或法文填写的“ 临时居民签证申请表”,并签名、注明日期。在每份表格上须亲笔签名。注意：将你雇主的电话和传真号码一并填写在表格第10 栏内。申请表
2. 一份用中文及英文，或中文及法文填写的“ 家属表/教育和就业细节表”，并签名、注明日期。在每份表格上须亲笔签名。家属表/教育和就业细节表
3. 四张在近六个月以内拍摄的护照像尺寸的照片（彩色或黑白均可），并在每张照片的背面用汉语拼音清晰地注明该申请人的姓名和出生日期（依照“日/月/年”的顺序）。照片要求细则
4. 护照或旅行证件的原件，其中必须至少有一页空白页，其有效期至少要持续到你计划从加拿大离境日期后的一个月。
5. 两张写好自己通讯地址的可粘贴标签，将你的姓名、地址和邮政编码用中文填写在上面。

.........邮编：100000
....手写或打印在白色不干胶纸上都可以，然后裁成两个放入袋中即可。
6. 准确数额的申请费。请注意：持外交或公务护照的申请人无需交费，但持因公普通护照或私人护照的申请人需要交费。有关申请费用详情请见后面的“收费标准”。

二、因私访问（探亲访友）提供下列证明文件
A、申请人需要提供：
1、如果你有工作，请提供一份由雇主出具的使用单位抬头信函的准假信，信中必须包括：你的名字，职务，现在的工资数额；信中还必须用中文注明你雇主的姓名，地址，及电话或转真。
2、如果你已经退休，请提供注明退休金额的退休证明
3、资金证明原件且要反映出资金的积累历史；
4、在中国的财产证明（例如：房产证明、车辆注册证明等）；
5、与加拿大邀请人的关系证明（出生证复印件，结婚证复印件，来往信件证明等等）
B、邀请人需提供:
1、说明访问目的的邀请函；
2、邀请人的家庭成员名单；注：没有表格下载，手写即可。主要是反映邀请人在加拿大和谁生活在一起。
3、邀请人的公民或移民身份证件复印件（例如：IMM1000表、永久居民卡－正反面复印件、学习许可、工作许可）；
4、下列文件的原件：
a) 由加拿大海关和税务总署 ( Canada Customs and Revenue Agency）出据的邀请人及其配偶的税收状况证明；
b) 说明邀请人及其配偶收入情况的受雇信；
c) 如在学校学习，所在学校出据的录取通知书及成绩单；

以上是官方需要提供的相关资料，除此之外我个人还提供了一下资料
1、邀请人近半年的银行明细；
2、邀请人在加拿大存款证明；
3、提供申请人及邀请人的关系证明，如父母与邀请人关系公证。

如果代理人负责提交的话需要填写代理人信息表

关于申请费用的重要通知!：

2006年6月1日起，如果选择使用邮政汇款或银行支票支付申请费，则申请必须通过邮寄方式递交。如果使用邮政汇款或银行支票支付临时居民访问签证、工作许可、旅行证件（海外的永久居民）的申请费，则我处不接受亲自前来递交的申请。

亲自前来递交申请的申请人必须在加拿大使馆内的蒙特利尔银行收费处交费。

任何所付费用数目不准确的申请都将被退还给申请人。即使申请被拒签或撤签，申请费也无法退还。

However, due to an unfortunate car accident, my mother was hurt and unable to attend our wedding. Her recovery has been great and she is fully recovered now. My parents are excited to see their grandchild and would love to visit and take care of me for a few months after the expected delivery.

I am currently under permanent residency status in Canada but I am unable to work due to my pregnancy. My husband currently works for an IT company namely **** and earn a salary of $*0,000.00 yearly.

I would like to have my parents to stay with us for three months for the birth of the child in December and travel within Ontario. My parents would pay for their own round trip transportation. They have also promised to pay for her personal expenses during her stay in Canada. Therefore, I ask you to please find my parents have no intention to reside in or immigrate to Canada.

I have enclosed herewith the following list of documents for your reference,

对于申请父母探亲被拒签的朋友，如果想知道具体的拒签理由可以给当地的议员打电话。

Scarborough 国会议员联系方式(移民，探亲都可以找他帮忙)，其他地方的议员联系方式我不是很清楚，大家可以补充。

注意：

1、探亲申请，需要至少一次拒签记录的才可以找议员。多数拒签都是因为钱的问题，如果拒签次数多了，签证官也许根本不会仔细看材料，依照惯性就拒掉了。

2、找议员虽然不一定在申请上帮你什么特别大的忙，但他可以帮你问到真实的拒签原因。如果有议员的信，签证官会多给一次仔细看资料的机会。

3、对于自雇的邀请人，最好有上一年度的报税记录，当然是越多越又帮助。

1，父母英文申请表两个人是不是一个表格都行了，最后签名两人一起签名就行了。
2，请问如果把资料邮寄到北京，$75加园交费如何交？交到哪里？北京的邮寄具体地址是什么？
