探亲在香港拿的探亲签证不能从北京走？

刚刚从利欣（订票处）听说有些人在香港拿的探亲签证乘飞机时不能从北京出关，必需从香港出关？怎么会有这样的事情？有谁了解更多的情况吗？一般从北京走要比从香港走便宜不少呢，可是如果有这样的限制，那选择签证的地方就要小心了！

If it is your first time to go abroad with your passport, you have to leave from the place you got your visa. But, if you have used your passport for more than one time, you can leave everywhere.

I was stopped at the Customs and had to stay in BJ for two days to get a new visa..even I already had a visa from HK embassy..which happened in 2000, when I held a visitor visa to Korea for business purpose.

我父母从香港拿的签证今天不能从南宁机场出关,,急死人了!我还等他们过来照看今天刚出生的小孩. 现在是怎样可以出关,各位有何高招请指教,多谢了! 急!!

Why not? they have no reason to stop your parents from getting on board.

Unless.... they want your parents to buy round trip tickets. I heard one-way ticket may be refused at HK airport because they don't trust your parents will go back to China on time.

Anyway, ask why they didn't let your parents go, at least there should be an explaination.

通常在中国一些小城市会有意想不到的事情发生，原因很简单，工作人员不懂英文，而且没有办过类似的CASE。必须跟他们好好解释。

没有说什么原因吗？他们至少应该告诉该怎么做吧？难道香港的签证不算数？机票怎么办？

本人是没法理解,北京签证和香港签证是同等效力,都是合法进入加拿大的文件,有何分别?

我老爸从香港拿的探亲签证在北京不让出关,后来说了好多好话才放出来,差一点赶不上飞机,还是不要走北京的好.

Canadian officer cannot understand this too. Maybe chinese officers don't consider Hong Kong as a part of China.

They can go to Vietnam for a short visit. I went to Russia in 2003 for the same reason.

But for your case, I don't think they have any excuse to stop your parents.

I have told you. If it is the first time, you will have trouble. You need to active your passport. If it is not the first time to use your passport, you can go everywhere.
