就要开学了，发现可以申请“book bursary support ”，如何申请呢，学校有规定，见下文。

First-semester Students: First-semester students starting their program in September 2006, who require book bursary support should discuss this with a Financial Aid representative during the scheduled dates and times for loan/bursary disbursement.

请问，这个Financial Aid representative会谈些啥？
