ff3.0的DOWNLOAD功能严重不好. 试过多次DOWNLOAD没完突然结束。看象是完了，实际文件有长度，都是废的。又没有重新DOWNLOAD功能(OPERA是有的).

are you still using redhat?
我曾在rehat9装过ff2.0，是win版本的。估计3.0也行。
btw，if you like keep redhat9，its better upgrade kernel to 2.6。

My company is using RH9 enterprise edition. They bought it from Red Hat years ago. We created a lot of app. codes on this system in the past years (not me, I am not a coder). And also our company developed a lot of tools on this OS.
The funny thing is now the company can not afford to renew the licence for the "enterprise" edition. So we have to stick with the very old version. The upgrade is not allowed without new licence. how stupid.
I heard from IT that transplanting the codes and the tools to windows is a pain.
Now the default browser in our RH is old mozilla suite, which mozilla.org has discontinued to develop.

Luckily I have an almighty Windows XP machine, so that I can work on Linux for 2 hours a day and play on Windows for the rest 6 + hours
