我给你个例子:
男方
household items: living room furniture, all tools, downstarirs desk and computer, personal items. 后面列出总的价格.

不知楼主在哪个省份？我在卡尔加里，是Alberta Family Law，以下仅供参考：

PROPERTY SETTLEMENT

The parties agree that the matrimonial property shall be divided between them as follows:

2.1 Household Furnishings

The household furnishings and personal possessions of the parties have been divided between them to their mutual satisfaction.

2.2 Vehicles

The Wife shall pay the car insurance for the （ ）vehicle.

2.3 Payment of Debts

There are no debts from this marriage. Any debts that the husband and wife incurred subsequent to the separation are the responsibility that party. With Respect to any other debts not specifically dealt with in this agreement, each party shall remain solely responsible for their individual debts including credit cards.

2.4 Matrimonial Home

The parties were the registered owners of a home located at ( ) and the Husband and Wife agree that the wife has the exclusive passion of the matrimonial home and shall remain in the matrimonial home, pay the household bills as well as the home insurance.

2.5 RRSPs and Pension Assets

Each party shall retain sole possession and ownership of their respective pension assets or RRSPs of each party relinquishes any interest or ownership in the pension assets or RRSPs of the ( ).

楼主的 31.(b) 中的reapportrionment有没有拼写错？

32. (a)是否指property statement? 不知你是否需要准备STATUTORY DECLARATION，如果需要，你可以这样写：

1. THAT my income is:

Employment Total Income in 2005, $ （ ）

2. THAT my assets are:
