特殊EI Vacation Pay问
Laidoff。Last pay day 是 Sep.4(Monday),同时给了10天的Vacation Pay (XXXX刀). HRDC 来信说"no pay from September 3 to 23. Once eligible for benefits, 2 weeks waiting period to serve." 而且"Please note that your benefit period is being extended by 1 week." 问题是: 1. 怎麽只有“1 week”,难道不是应该2weeks? 因为Vacation Pay 有10天。 2. 最后一周只有一天paided, HRDC如何计算?补上不足还是忽略? 各位怎样想的? 需要上诉吗?上诉如何说?谢谢。 |
