EI 问题请高人指教?

2006.1.19开始工作, 2006.9.22 LAID OFF, 其间有二周VACATION, 公司把VOCATION PAY 和最后一个月的工资放在一张支票上, 存根上VOCATION PAY 单列, 相当于二周的收入,
9.30申请EI, 今天接到EI Statement,信中说:
...inform you how the vacation and severance pay for a total amount of $$$ from your employer afftects you EI benefites. the total income before deduction is earnings which will be deducted from your benefits at your normal weekly pay of $$$. as a result, no benefits will be paid to you from September 24, 2006 to October 7,2006.
Once you are eligible for benefits, you will have a 2 week waiting period to serve during which no benefits can be paid to you.
please note that your benefit period is being extended by 2 weeks and will end no later than October 6,2007. This extension of your benefit period does not change the number of weeks of benefites that may be payable. this maximum benefits payable may be reached before the date indicated.

问题1: 从September 24, 2006 到 October 7,2006, 肯定是没有EI benefits的?
问题2: EI benefits 是不是从October 10,2006 (Monday)开始?
问题3: 符合EI条件, 还得等2 week, 这二周其间没有EI benefits?
问题4: 我的EI是不是从October 7,2006之后的二周以后才有(如果October 8,2006符合条件),
即从(2006.9.22 )LAID OFF之后的四周才开始有EI benefits?
问题5: 正常情况下, 是不是LAID OFF的二周以后开始有EI?
问题6: 在公司已给 vacation pay 的情况下, 我的case 属于正常吗?
问题7: 需不需要appeal?

问题3: NO money for the 2 weeks waiting period
问题4: You will got cheque or see the money in you bank account around after 4 weeks.

1. 一般情况下, layoff时公司给vacation pay, EI benefits从二周后开始计算, direct deposite 可能四周左右收到, 是不是?
2. 感觉我的case(根据EI Statement), EI benefits从四周后开始计算, direct deposite可能四周左右收到, 是不是?
3. 感觉我比正常情况少给二周的EI benefits, 不知对不对?
4. EI benefits和vacation pay 有何关系?layoff时公司不给vacation pay, EI benefits是不是也从二周后开始计算?
