Today I went to Scarborough Town Centre to help my parents to apply SIN cards. I parked my car in parking lot and paid the parking fee. When I got back I found a ticket from IMPERIAL PARKING CANADA CORPORATION and noted that my parking receipt expired for 10 minutes. The fine is CA$39.59 to the above company. Does somebody know what this company is? Should I pay for it? what will happend if I dont pay the fine? Thanks

那是要交费的。其实可以停在Mall的外面，办事购物两不误。那个收费公司罚单比较很，曾经迟到５分钟，被写了一罚单，交钱了事； 第二次交了费因机器毛病未拿到交费单，又写了一罚单，被我电话打到其公司Waive了（公司在Vancouver)， 同时抱怨其机器烂，罚单人笨，不适宜做该工作， 因为我留有硕大的字条在挡风玻璃说了原因，罚单人居然装傻. 第三次因第二次罚单，故意不交费，结果当然又得一张，至今未交，大概三年了, 也没有找我, 不过我那个车现在不开了。我的第一次罚单钱足够在其停２０多个小时，他们也应该满足了。
