Thanks for the response.

Coz my following question is: Can my corporation claim this debt to be a bad debt in the future as the business loss. So that myslef or my family member don't have to pay back to my corporation?

In the meantime, as individules, myself or my family members don't have any hurt on the credit scores?

On the other around, does individule pay the personal income tax for the private Loan?

yes, you can, but why lower interest rate? you could deduct interest as expense against your company income.

你楼上的他的意思是付给他的公司很低的利息或不符利息来借他公司的钱，那这个利息应该算公司的收入，要交公司税的，对吗？

I think my corporation should pay the Corporation tax for the interest income.

I found out the individual has to pay personal income T4 for the loan as a personal income. Since the loan is not a right way to avoid the personal income, the loan won't be a right way to convert corporation money to personal money.

因为你是有限公司，你应该是Director吧？还可以把配偶加入Director，到年底发放Director Fee，夫妇两人都可以发，只要都是Director。所以你07的问题完全可以以发放Director Fee的方式来解决，唯一的问题是Director Fee必须在1月15日前把相应的CPP上缴...

owner director不可以交EI. 只交CPP.
EI交了也是白交.

用PDOC计算，要交1.73%的EI，还有若干CPP以及TAX，EI要交吗？还有director fee 在PDOC中是怎么处理的？没有这个选项啊。

你们说的DIRECTOR 不能交EI是咋回事呢？我的公司是个联邦公司，OWNERS 是我先生和我。每个月都给我们俩开工资，扣EI CPP TAX.如此说来，每次缴的EI岂不是白缴了？这个说法在官网什么地方呢？能否帮忙找个链接？另外，如果真是白缴，六里台能否说说咋退回来？

关于LZ说的弄无限公司倒帐的事情，我看还是别整了。会找额外许多麻烦的，得不偿失。而且，如果被CRA审计发现问题，后面的麻烦更多。

Include all salary, wages (including pay in lieu of termination notice), bonuses, vacation pay, tips and gratuities, honorariums, director's fees, management fees, and executor's and administrator's fees received to administer an estate (as long as the administrator or executor does not act in this capacity in the regular course of business).

就是，公司开始的时候，是亏损状态中，我自己每个月都要存入一些现金。

现在盈利之后，我可以不可以把这些钱取出来啊？
应该算是什么理由啊？

如果还本的话是不是就不用交税cpp了？
因为无论是工资或者分红都要付cpp或者税呀？

你的股本要相应减少。还有一个方案是付息，也许比较适合你。

楼主的问题问的太好了，没有完美的答案。只能是根据每个公司每个人的情况进行分析。
不过有些是规则问题，包括大家引发的出来的讨论。很多是有章可循，可以准确回答的。以后慢慢解决这里的问题。大家生活的更加愉快了。

我来问个问题，如果我投资10万创建一个公司，过一年以后公司盈利，本人拿回一部分投资，那么我也不存在减少股本问题，因为本来就一个人，也不存在税务问题，因为借债还钱。如果这样行的话，头几年都可以以这种形式发钱，直到10万拿光为止。

I want to ask a question:

I am living at Calgary.

I have a plan to lease a kiosk or cart at Mall to sell some items.
I went to City Hall yesterday. They told me if I will sell something at mall's kiosk or cart, I don't need have business licence.

I will hire one or two person to sell the item for me. How can I give them the salary? Can I give cash to them as salary? How can I report the tax? Do I need to get the GST #? This is my first time to do that. Please give me some ideas.

	衣服都是中国带的，吃鱼都是钓的，旅游都是靠帐篷的，和家人通话都是靠网络的。
