各位，

原来Program的领导发来这个要求回答。在您们的心目和印象中，

(1) How would you describe the ideal "Chinese" engineer? How do they solve problems or make decisions?

(2) How does the Chinese mindset/expectations/values differ from what you are experiencing here in Canada?

我认为如果是在加拿大的话，发这个问题的领导很不明智。强调种族和国家，容易引火上身。
