DIY失败:更换brake pad,piston卡住了
我不知道该怎么办才好:是把车拖到修车行,让他们整,还是我自己买新的零件换了。反 正,真是麻烦要死了。我这两天买了一堆的工具,花了快100,好不容易把那些绣死的螺 丝给拧下来了,但是当我装上了pads之后,兴高采烈的想收工的时候,我发现piston动不 了了,用c-clamp,用铁锤敲都不行,用carb cleaner 泡,也不行。总之死了。天黑了时 候我总算是把所有的零件原封不动的归位了,现在上网来求助! google了一些结果,好像有人说,可以用compressed air把拿个活塞退出来,还有用 grease gun的,看得我有点晕。 哪位高手能指点一下?多谢了,还得周末去买菜呢,很急! 补充一点: 是那个piston伸出来很多,回不去了,我把车支起来之后,后轮悬空,拉手刹和松手刹的 时候,轮子都能转动,相反的,另外一个轮子手刹可以刹的住。 再次感谢! |

以下内容转自本版精华帖中的维修手册。 REMOVAL & INSTALLATION Protege FRONT Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions in the beginning of this section. Remove some of the brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir. The reservoir should be no more than 1⁄2 full. Remove the wheels. Remove the pad pins and retaining springs from the brake pads. Remove the brake pads. Push the caliper piston into the caliper bore. To install: Install the brake pads and shims to the caliper. Insert the pad pins and retaining springs. Install the wheels. Test the brakes for proper operation. REAR Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions in the beginning of this section. Remove some of the brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir. Loosen the parking brake cable adjustment from inside the vehicle. Remove the wheels. Disconnect the parking brake cable from the cable bracket and the operating lever. Remove the screw plug. Turn the manual adjustment gear counterclockwise with an Allen wrench to pull the brake caliper piston inward (turn until it stops). Remove the upper caliper mounting bolt and pivot the caliper upward off of the pads. Remove the brake pads and spring clips from the caliper support. To install: Install the brake pads, shims and spring clips to the caliper support. Pivot the caliper over the brake pads. Install the bottom caliper mounting bolt. Tighten the bolt to 33–44 ft. lbs. (46–60 Nm). Attach the parking brake cable to the operating lever and tighten the screw plug to 10 ft. lbs. (14 Nm). Adjust the parking brake cable, as required. Install the wheels. 最终将piston归位的是一个4mm的小螺丝,将caliper背面一个14mm的螺丝拧掉才能看到, 用allen wrench 伸进去,逆时针转动(~10圈),活塞自动退进去。我当时是把brake fluid的螺丝也拆了,这样才能把整个caliper取下来,不然在里边不要动手。 当然,最后要排空气泡。 第一次干这个真是体力脑力活,很累很辛苦,不过以后就轻松多了。自己动手还是挺值得 ,花了修车铺一半的钱,最后能留下来一整套工具,还有经验。长期受益! 中间还请教了一下老岳丈——一位40年驾龄的老司机——他提到,车子得定期保养,有的 零件如fuel filter,air filter得经常查一查,有的零件得能定期拆下来泡一泡,润滑 ,不要所有的东西都等到暴死才不得不换。以前自己没有工具,现在估计可以了。 感谢几位热心的朋友回复,帮助很大!祝大家周末愉快,安全驾车! |
