雇员辞工,需要提前通知老板吗?
因找到较好工作,离开原来公司,没有提前通知老板,只是离职当天打电话辞工。因老板还欠一周工资没给,后来找他要,他说因没有提前通知他而造成公司很大损失,所以那一周工资不给了。 请问雇员辞职不做了,需要提前通知老板吗?怎样要回扣下的工钱呢?谢谢帮助! |

提前两周是礼貌问题,或者合同约束。 我们公司有个主,周五说不干了,下周一就不来了,也没见得说不给工资。 可能以后他别想找主管当referal了。 http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...2051117AA4Hy7Z It's not just good business practice. It is always best to be honorable in working, and it is your honor on the line, and your level of responsibility and reliability. At the least, tell your new employer that you do not want to leave your job without giving them the minimum of a week's notice. It is the most responsible thing to do. As much as they want you, they should honor your need to do this - any reasonable employer would respect that and understand. If you risk losing the new job, then at least ask for a few days in order to tell your new employers. It's the right thing to do, even if it was a crappy job. And tell your current manaager that you've received an offer for work that asks that you start right away. Always try to be straightforward in your dealings at work, it will benefit you in the long run. You don't want to leave bad feelings anywhere in the past if you can. |
