快四十了,男性,想练易筋经和少林拳,懂的人给分析一下啊
以前也练过一点点,但未得要领。少林拳吗,当然是也会混乱的耍两下。现在想重新认真的学学,锻炼身体。四十岁是个坎坎,过了后身体就一年不如一年,不练练功夫不行。懂的人给合计合计

You have to act slowly and understand and follow the law of Shao Lin Quan that has the same meditation rule as Tai Ji through its quick actions and slow actions. Otherwise it ruins your heart muscle. You can practice ShaoLin but better start with Tai Ji at such an age. If you think you have a good basics of ShaoLin and body condition, you can try ShaoLin again.
