有空儿到这里看看吧，都是GTA的骑车爱好者，其中的Tony - Chen Tie主要骑山地，比较有经验的说。 他还和同伴经常参加各类的业余山地车比赛，上次还拿了个名次，曾陪中国国家女子自行车队在加拿大训练。 http://ca.groups.yahoo.com/group/chinada/ |

First, I am not a serious MTB (mountain bike) rider yet. Tony - Chen Tie is a professional on it, but not sure he has ever been here:  If you want to try a serous MTB riding, the following equipment may need: 1) 26" MTB bike with disc brake, with Shimano Deore or Shimano Deore XT components, like: http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/...cane_700HT.htm 29er is a new trendency now. 2) Egg beater pedal, like: http://www.performancebike.com/shop/...egory_ID=10045 3) MTB shoes, Like: http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?c...untain%20Shoes 4) Helmet, gloves, etc. 5) Last, but not least, Strong Legs!!!
