我还是移民身份，还有戏么？
一美国公司答应接受，并且愿意协助申请签证，这边需要什么材料到使馆申请？申请那一类签证？怎么申请？多谢各位赐教。

顶一下。我也想问这个问题，我在这边登陆后没有工作，如果有美国的offer，申请visa好办吗？

我以前有你同样的经历，最好别期望太高，办签证需要4-6个月，谁知道几个月以后会是什末情形？我的h1b签证今年2月到期了，可我还没去过美国。

可以到文学成上面看看，狠多这方面的资料，但是H1的签证好像确实不太好办，现在都在用05年的配额，祝你好运

INS stopped accepting new H1B applications. You have to wait until 4/1/05 to file and 10/1/05 to work (legally),.

Yes. I had the same experience. Just 2 weeks ago, I got an offer from usa. But my agent thought I was canadian citizen. Just before he sent me all documents by fedex, I realized he made a wrong assumption. I called him, finally we gave it up. He said no H1B visa is available until 2005. The company can only sponsor TN visa candidate.

即使拿TN VISA去美国, 也有限制, 必须是系统分析,设计,管理类以上的工作, PROGRAMMER是不行的.

Really? The offer I got is actually a j2ee developer, but i'm not sure the level, cause I never see the job description. But that agent sounds like pretty confident to handle my visa if I am a citizen.
