其实也可以在华人超市里买粘米粉,加多多的水,那样和糊.和到不要有一点疙瘩的状态,再静止,沉淀.然后怎么蒸就和上面的一样了.但不会有面筋产生. 唉,怎么做都麻烦.蒸了半天,几口就吃完了. |

Sorry, it is easy for me to type english here. I tried to make "Lian Pi" by recipe provided upstairs. It is pretty easy, and I used 30 minutes to 'wash' the flour, but longtime to wait before I could steam it. |
