One more question: I can fill word in it, but I can't save it, when I open the form again, I just can see the blank form and I can't see any word I fill in it, how can I do?

It is because you are using Acrobat Reader, therefore when you fill in a form, you can't save your change to a file, but you can print it out if you complete your form at a time.

You need Acrobat to get the full functions. It costs $300+.

其实可以在adobe illustrator或者coreldraw里面更改。我是在indesign里面改的。

我下载了家属、教育表，但不能编辑，大家是不是都是手填写的，有没有用电脑打印的？谢啦！

终于搞掂了这两份表格，用电脑打印出来比手写的看起来整齐很多。
