Job Title: CUSTOMER CARE & SALES (4 Positions)
Position: Customer Care & Sales Associate
Department: Customer Service
Status: 6 month contract w/ full-time option
Hours: 35 - 40/week
Hourly Rate $10-$12
Reports to: Manager, Customer Service

Position Responsibilities:
• Handle customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, account enquiries, billing, equipment and claims
• Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
• Make recommendations according to customer’s needs on features, upgrades and plans.
• Providing Pre- and post sales support Via E-mail and phone
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer
• Utilize operational systems to process purchases of products and services; i.e. collections, payments.
• Will require flexibility for day, evening, weekend and/or holiday shifts

Professional Qualifications:
• Excellent command of Mandarin or Cantonese
• Good computer skill
• Previous call center experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills
• A background in Customer Service is an asset
• Good command in written English
• highly motivated and assertive individuals
