默认 烤羊腿

方子试过几次,非常成功,推荐。 羊腿最好是新西兰 lamb leg。 吃完羊肉,骨头煮了羊骨汤,很好喝。

thyme哪里都有得卖呀
记得下回买鲜的 味道很不错
还可以试试松树针 鲜的 记得烤完后 要去掉 再做gravy
