这个股票让我油然想起当年草头猪王的DHB。

草王在5-7元之间全仓杀入25000股,突破7的箱顶后,一直在9左右徘徊,当时的国安股票开始大热,结果有一天DHB宣布一个军方订单的消息,DHB halted,然后第二天开盘直接12元多开盘:当时我写了一篇祝贺草王赢得15万美元的帖子;草王表示一定要悟道20以上才考虑出货。也是,当时所有纳斯达克上市的与国安沾边的都鸡犬升天了,IPIX短短两周从3到了27,所以真正的国安DHB没有理由不到20,但是DHB在AMEX交易,我当时还说如果DHB在NASDAQ早就20了。。最后DHB经过长达半年的运行终于到了20以上,但是数个交易就将DHB股价打回到14,然后一路下跌直到起点甚至更低(跌破3)

不知道草王到底兑现没有,否则就是终身遗憾。

HOM现在就如同当年处于箱体突破位置的DHB,必有一张:但是切忌一定要兑现!哈哈,一个故事,权当怀念当年的草王。。。

HOM的故事至此也就暂时结束了:account丑闻打击是致命的,就看公司层面的解释了


Home Solutions of America (HOM) Lower on Contact Questions

After trading slightly higher this morning on news of insider buying from the CEO, shares of Home Solutions of America, Inc. (Amex: HOM) have plummeted lower (-20%). Stocklemon.com issued another negative piece on the company noting that the company HOM announced a contract with on May 23rd (American Renaissance Homes) was started just 5 days prior to the news release (05/18) and HOM owns 40% of the company. Home Solutions (AMEX: HOM) commented on its relationship with American Renaissance Homes, a provider of affordable housing. On May 23rd, the Company announced through a press release that it had been awarded a contract by ARH. The Company has assumed, for purposes of its 2006 business outlook, that this relationship will generate $5 million in revenue, largely in the fourth quarter, representing a small portion of its 2006 financial guidance of revenue of $160 million to $165 million as ARH is a start-up company.

Home Solutions has entered into an agreement with ARH, under which it would loan up to $800,000, upon ARH meeting certain performance criteria, to support ARH's working capital requirements, secured by ARH's ownership in modular homes and land. The parties have been in discussions regarding Home Solutions taking an ownership position in the Company, but no agreement has been consummated and Home Solutions does not, at the present time, have an ownership stake in ARH.

Currently, many New Orleans area residents live in 200 square foot trailers provided by FEMA. ARH will provide homes between 1,200 and 2,300 square feet at a fraction of the cost of construction in the area, which is currently approaching $150 per square foot.
