it might just be caulking. the exterior one is very adhesive and waterproof. it works fine with all kinda surface cracks; however, it certainly does not solve the problem if the crack caused by the foundation shift.

exterior caulking, you will probably need a caulking gun to apply it. sold everywhere, canadian tire, homedepot, even walmart.

silicon is the major element in almost all the caulkings.

我想不是简单的exterior caulking stuff, 那玩意的强度肯定不行, 而且填裂缝需要专业的机器加压灌注, 才能到达裂缝的每一个角落.

we are talking about the projects that DIYers can handle, in which case the surface cracks are not intensive.
