EFFECTIVE 01 to 31 October 2004, inclusive Photo radar units WILL deploy daily throughout the City of Calgary with a focus on: Construction, Playground, and School zones, Monday through Friday. Community concerns through our Traffic Request Program during the weekends. Photo Radar units will also concentrate on High Speed, High Volume roadways in accordance with the Provincial Government's Photo Radar Guidelines. Photo Radar continues to respond to the needs of the Community, deploying in playground zones and areas where traffic safety is a concern. |

今天一个不小心,闯了一次红灯
晚上下班回家,从macleod tr上往北开，跟本没有注意到自己闯了红灯。 等我过了十字路口时，才发现对面有很多车停在那里等绿灯。此时我的车已经过了十字路口，而且速度还比较快，没有机会停下来或者退回去了。 车到下一个路口看了一下路标，自己闯的应该是macleld tr 和46AV SW的红绿灯。 回家后想起来有这么一个帖子，赶快查找此帖，幸好没有这个路口，但愿没被照到。 最重要的一点是车没有和东西方向的车碰上，万幸。 后记：一直以为自己开车很小心，今天有可能是工作时间太长，没有集中精力。第二也是过路口时，往北走的车道都没有车停在红绿灯前，所以给人一个错觉是此处没有红绿灯。第三是46AV和45AV距离很近，我有可能是看到45AV的绿灯(此时45AV确实是绿灯）了，没有注意到此处的红灯。 希望同胞们小心开车。 |

Photo Radar & Red Light Camera Locations Education is an important part of the Calgary Police Service's traffic safety strategy. The Service is pleased to provide motorists with current photo radar and red light camera locations. Photo Radar EFFECTIVE 01 February to February 28, 2005, inclusive During February 2005, Calgary Police Service photo radar units will deploy in playground zones and school zones at anytime, and along truck routes from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Photo radar units will also be deployed throughout the city on high speed, high volume roads, in accordance with the provincial government's photo radar guidelines, and in playground and school zones in response to community concerns. Red Light Cameras In a continuing effort to address the needs of the community and promote safe driving practices, the Calgary Police Service Traffic Section is pleased to announce that the Red Light Camera program has grown, incorporating 40 camera-ready intersections. These camera-ready intersections will facilitate the use of 36 Red Light Cameras on a rotating basis. 下次,估计红灯过不去,先braking; 前轮过线,红灯,坚决braking,让后轮不触发camera----国内经验,不知道Calgary行不行. |

Photo Enforcement Locations - October 2005 During October 2005, Calgary Police Service photo radar units will deploy in playground zones, school zones and construction zones at anytime.
