车型: 2006 Impala, LT 3.5, 192000公里.

现象: 启动后, 或开出几公里, 踩油门不加速, alarm响, 出“Engine Power Reduced”和“Traction Control Service”的错误提示. 其它刹车和转向均正常, 停车后熄火, 再启动正常.

其它异常: 加速时有顿错感, 有时一蹿一蹿的.

读码: 0641, 解释如下:
The control module has 2 internal 5-volt reference buses called "5-volt reference 1" and"5-volt reference 2". Each reference bus provided 5-volt reference circuit for more than one sensor. Therefore, a fault condition on one 5-volt reference circuit will affect the other 5-volt reference circuits connected to the reference bus. The control module monitors the voltage on the 5-volt reference buses.

去车行检查, 老板以前没见过这样的情况, 基本上也是在网上找, 还有就是凭以前的经验试.

各位大侠和同党, 哪位有过类似经验, 请给说说. 谢谢.

2006 chevy impala p0641 code . Has anyone found the exact problem? The message center in the car says reduced engine power,service traction control,low oil pressure,it has even turned the car off and said( starting disabled service throttle) . I have already cleaned throttle body and problem still exists
A:

You will have to replace the throttle body. The same thing happened to mine. Once you've replaced the throttle body, there is also a sensor in the gas pedal assembly that may have to be replaced. The mechanics told me they usually replace them both at the same time but I only replaced the throttle body & it took care of the problem

默认

referenc voltage一般都由ecm/pcm提供,如果不正常,可能由pcm内部问题引起,也有可能由外部电路如sensor,wiring等问题引起,可以实测电压是否是理想的直流5伏电压,如果偏差过大可以断开外围(bus线)再测来判断是否是pcm问题,如果是某个sensor问题,可以一个一个断开sensor测电压。

应该说比较常见,google就可以出一大堆。有线路短路的,有sensor坏掉的,有电脑烧掉的。看运气了,GM特色。能够自己动手的检查线路和sensor先。

昨天这个现象又发生了一次, 到车行读码, 是2135. 这个code下大多数是throttle body的问题, 晚上在AutoParts上订了件, 等到了换上之后再来报告.

谢谢有门, 你说的有道理.

这次读码0641没有出现, 其对应的描述也不太符合. 而2135与发生的现象相吻合, 而且与网上大量的complaint一致, 所以只能从可能性最大的做起. 如果不行再查accelerator pedal sensor和电脑.

Update一下.

决定换throttle body后就开始找, 在本地新的要300~400, 即使是auto wrecker的也要至少$100一个, RockAuto新的$135, 加运费和税$181, 没说的, 下单.

星期五收到, 到车行装上, 前后半个小时, 完了老板问能不能给50, 我当时就乐了, 50就50, 还能不能. 以前出了状况来检查或读码, 从来不收钱, 人家的时间也是钱呐.

换了新的throttle body后, 开起来顺畅多了, 顿错感完全消失, 油门好象也比以前灵敏和轻松. 相信就是这个问题, 230能搞定我已经很满意了. 我不是DIYer, 换油都去车行, 但喜欢瞎看跟自己车有关的东西, 包括西人的论坛, 基本上心里就有数了, 这样一来就能尽可能少或避免花冤枉钱.

这个不错,我也是这样,我不DIY,但做什么之前我会查些资料,网络上到处都是。

上次换Timing Belt,我对师傅说换的时候,加点小钱,顺便把里面的油封帮我换掉(同时提醒师傅位置对准点,别换不好,漏油你得返工),修车师傅说你好像挺懂的,我其实都是上网看来的,至今我也不知道是那个油封,位置在哪里。

后来去拿车,那个师傅说第一次位置没对准,试车发现漏油,只好拆了重新做。
