茶树菇鸡汤
昨天用茶树菇煮了鸡汤,味道鲜美,但是茶树菇那个长长的杆却咬不动,请问这正常吗?

lovenono:茶树菇的片片来了! 看你写的煨鸡汤的方法也没有什么不对,不过我觉得你姜放三片少了点,我一般都放个五六片什么的,还有,我放葱段的,这些东东不怕多放,除腥味的;还有,这种汤主要是喝汤,鸡肉没味是正常的;北方人说话叫“柴”了,该扔的就得扔呀;还有,不要买太大的鸡,鸡大了油多,煨出来的有点腻,象cisco推荐的那种小个的鸡就很好;我觉得鸡要切成块煮;半亩园的瓦罐鸡汤里的鸡就切得很小块。 很同情你不得不独立完成鸡汤的处境,因为我也有类似的遭遇:做了什么东西ld不赏光就得自己干掉,因为觉得扔了可惜。。。 下次你做汤稍微多放点姜试试。。。不过失败是成功之母,多试验几次就好啦!祝你早日煨出美味鲜汤! |
