Folks:

I have the following two question hope you guys can help me with.

1. I went to http://www.nvars.com to make an appointment in Toronto. However, none of them is available in August. Do you guys know why?

2. I just recently got an IT job in Richmond Hill. The HR will provide me an employee letter and pay slips. Is T4 the tax documentation I need to provide to the visa officer? I doubt HR may not be able to provide it to me since I just started working there. Is it OK I don't show it to VO?

Your help will be greatly apprecaited and hope you guy will all have a wonderful trip to U.S. !

2。property deeds and work authorization 是什么？
3。reciprocity fee 是什么？
4。用不用带self-addressed ,pre- paid express envelope?

1) 照片可以自己贴上。我是当时在领事馆照的，一联四张都给办事员了，她裁、贴，不用你动手。
2）property deeds 是你的财产证明，如果你买了房子，可以带上；work authorization恐怕是对非移民的吧。
3）reciprocity fee不是对申请B1/B2的。办旅游签证，你只需交US$100。
4）如果你是自己取，不需要领事馆寄的话，根本不用。

不好意思，还有几个问题请教

这样填表可以吗？
1。DS156表22项：when do you intend to Americain in the US?15 Aug 2004
24项：At what address willyou stay in the US? Buffalo
26项：How long do you intendto stay in the US?10 days
27项：What is the purpose of your trip? Travel
有一些问题象other surnames used 空着就行吧。
2。DS157表中，18项：Have you made specific travel arrangement? 填NO 行吗
14项：Do you have any specialized skills, including firearms,nuclear,biological,chemical experience? 应填no 吧。但12项：list your two employers 我的工作单位却带有上述字样，怎么办？

3。对于tax document, 我只有退税信可以吗

4。另外，有什么应该特别注意的吗？对英语要求高吗？

1） DS156,24项应填上具体地址，旅馆的也行。否则，入境的I-94时，必须填。
2） DS157，12、14项，如实填好吧。
3）没问题
4）英语一般就行。但回答前，一定要弄清楚他的问题。
