The premises is 850 sf. +/-
• Montly rent $1150.00 + GST
• Utility bills are $300 per month
• Franchise Fee is $1448 per month including Yellow pages advertisement (TBV with Franchise Agreement)
• Store averages $20,000 per month in sales
• Training available for 15 days after closing
• Asking price $75,000 (includes all equipment as is found within the inventory list)

大家觉得如何？或者觉得报价多少合适？
