财务 look for job

i am a newcomer and i am a accountant in China. i have 12 ys working experiences. i am looking for the job related with accounting. could someone give me some ideas? thanks

1. polish your resume
2. surf local job-hunting websites, apply jobs matching your qualifications
3. contact local job agencies or recruiters see what they can do for you
4. improve your english, prepare for the interview
5. start from temp/P.T position to gain some local experience
6. get yourself local certificate if possible

For public accounting, I think candidates would probably be asked for local tax knowledge. For managerial, I think the skills are quite transferable, and higher salary level.
