现在一般工作的年休假是多少天?

请你把条文看完,它后半句说的是什么?而我帖子里的"只"是什么意思?我并没否认基本年薪是二周这点,但我要说的意思是法律并没强行规定"只"是二周,二周是最低的,在同一个单位连续工作时间在6年以上的可以有3周.

简单点儿说，就是两周是基本的

因为我以前是两周，而现在的公司，进入就是三周，三年后四周。。。问过公司，他们说法律规定是两周
