【求助】请问有没有提前申请妈妈金的姐妹?
我现在怀孕两个月了,因为感觉特别不好,所以我想提前申请妈妈金,从现在算起,一年前到现在我打工的小时数已经超过1000小时了,我不知道提前申请需要向政府哪些文件? 我现在还有一个Part-time的工作,离职时向他们说明我是因为怀孕了,才辞职的? 还是直接辞掉就可以了? 我知道妈妈金不管从什么时候开始申请,最多也就能拿52周,象我这样提前申请政府会不会卡? 我确实太难受了,不想再去上班了,但是如果和医生讲,让他开证明的话,是不是还要求我做什么检查啊? 一般这种情况,医生会给我开这种证明吗? 希望有经验的姐妹能够让我分享一下经验,多谢! |

You could receive up to a maximum of 65 weeks of combined sickness, maternity and parental benefits instead of the normal combined maximum of 50 weeks. In order to be eligible for the increased number of weeks, the following conditions must be met during your benefit period: you have not been paid regular or fishing benefits ; you have been paid sickness, maternity and parental benefits; and you have been paid less than the maximum of 15 weeks of sickness benefits or less than 35 weeks of parental benefits. See examples. Example 1 Number of weeks paid in your benefit period: 15 sickness + 15 maternity + 20 parental = 50 weeks. You could receive 15 more weeks of parental benefits because during your benefit period: you have not been paid regular or fishing benefits; you have been paid sickness, maternity and parental benefits and you have not received the maximum number of weeks of parental benefits. In this example, the new combined maximum benefits would be 65 weeks. Example 2 Number of weeks paid in your benefit period: 10 sickness + 15 maternity + 25 parental = 50 weeks. You could receive 10 more weeks of parental benefits because during your benefit period: you have not been paid regular or fishing benefits; you have been paid sickness, maternity and parental benefits and you have not received the maximum number of weeks of parental benefits. In this example, the new combined maximum benefits would be 60 weeks. Example 3 Number of weeks paid in your benefit period: 15 maternity + 35 parental = 50 weeks. 请问:我现在身孕10周,7月中旬申请lay off,公司答应给我,刚才打电话问,他们说下个星期4或者星期5可以受到ROE表,是那种正常的lay off表。我7月中旬(7月15日)开始停止工作。那么,请问:我拿到ROE表后先申请正常EI还是等到孩子出生前8周申请产假+父母金呢?哪个更好一些?我是想申请后者,但我不知道拿到ROE表后多长时间内必须申请?这个表有没有时间限制啊?比如说过期作废的说法?我的预产期是明年3月分,就是说明年1月份我才可以申请产假和父母金,是吗?还有我已经打了922小时,但这是2个工厂和起来的,第一个是2006年1月10日到2月21日,共134,5小时、也有ROE表,但是写的是quit,另一个是2006年3月6日-7月14日,共788小时,而且前面工厂配的是1小时8加币,后面是1小时10,5加币,那么,象我这种情况应该报两种ROE表还是只报后面的一种好呢?不知道哪一个更划算?请多多指教!先谢哦!

你只报后面一张ROE的结果是不够正常EI要的900小时,但是申请产假EI要的600小时够。 你要做的是: A、如果你LG不休假,你就等到要生了申请产假EI。好处是:EI收入都是明年的,两年收入平均些,少缴税;EI高些 B、如果你LG休假,你就只能现在就申请,因为普通EI要在失去工作1个月内递交申请。好处是:明年你LG也可以休假,不会浪费父母假。坏处是:EI低些,因为EI是按照最后工作的26周平均的。 有时间去HRDC的网站上好好读读,从头到尾看个10遍什么的,大概怎么样合算就差不多知道了 |
