Overpaid money to a company, how can I get refund?

I overpaid bill to a long distance. Comp. by mistake ($3000), and have requested to get refund for more than one month, but haven't got it yet.

The worst thing is that both their Customer Service number and fax number are not in service

Does anyone who can give me a good idea to get money refund? Thank you very much in advance.

直接找到manager或者公司总经理，看对方如何说，如果答应refund，明确要具体日期，不然直接上法庭。

The company (Sunny International service) is in Vancouver while I am far away there. I can't reach them at all as no one picks up the call, and I tried to fax them, the number even wasn't in service.

Really bad.
