川味的代表家常菜——鱼香肉丝 ![]() 川味菜大多调料用得重,所以吃的基本是调料味,所以川蜀中的各种调料也比较多。 肉,,,是那个人人要吃又觉得不好吃的鸡脯肉——切片,加盐,沙姜粉,粉面,下油锅滑成芙蓉肉片。 ![]() 料,,,是糖醋鱼的料——葱姜蒜糖盐料酒醋,再加那个谁谁推荐了多次的金钩豆瓣。。。 ![]() 配料,,,是漂亮的黄菜椒和西芹(绿色滴) ![]() 这里的电炉就不用想爆炒了,基本是调料煮配料,然后OK。 |

没有小点的烤盘,容器太大,西兰花码不起来,白汁就显少了,也没有干欧芹末撒在上面,不过宁缺毋滥,不撒别的东西。。。 ![]() 菜,,,是过开水的西兰花。 汁,,,是牛油炒面粉加牛奶,盐,白胡椒,或豆蔻粉(可加可不加) 浇在菜上,撒cheese末,入烤箱,grill3分钟。 绝对适合懒人的烹饪。。。 ![]() ![]() |

茄子就是一般的茄子,切的时候两片,两片连刀,,, 肉馅加葱盐调料拌匀,,, 肉馅加在茄子片里,压平,,, 面浆按口味加点五香粉,,, 裹上面浆,炸,,, OK。。。 ![]() |
