第六部 警察局一男一女警察上门书面处理投诉
1个星期后,来了一男一女警察上我们家们,做投诉的书面报告. 他们代表分局向我们家赔礼道歉,因为没有及时处理是因为我写的信上没有附上联系电话号码.让他们化了不少时间在电脑中找,终于在电脑找到我曾经2年前丢车时留下报案记录,上面有我家的电话号码.这样他们才能上门服务.并留下两张名片和一张中英文的噪音控制BY_LAW. 之后他们找到SUPINTENDENT 和PROPERTY MANAGER 留了一张NOTICE.内容我们不清楚. 一会儿,PROPERTY MANAGER上门服务,告诉我们楼上的家伙应违反租客条理被要求月底搬走.并一再向我们say sorry. |

64. (1) A landlord may give a tenant notice of termination of the tenancy if the conduct of the tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person permitted in the residential complex by the tenant is such that it substantially interferes with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex for all usual purposes by the landlord or another tenant or substantially interferes with another lawful right, privilege or interest of the landlord or another tenant. Notice (2) A notice of termination under subsection (1) shall, (a) provide a termination date not earlier than the 20th day after the notice is given; (b) set out the grounds for termination; and (c) require the tenant, within seven days, to stop the conduct or activity or correct the omission set out in the notice. Notice void if tenant complies (3) The notice of termination under subsection (1) is void if the tenant, within seven days after receiving the notice, stops the conduct or activity or corrects the omission. 1997, c. 24, s. 64. |

The Chapter 591 By-Law which I have doesn't mention the exact time. But it does mentioned that Make noise,cause noise or permit noise/vibration likely to disturb the inhabitants shall be persued. First Offence Fine-$305.00 The above information is for your consideration only at this time, and the type of offences that could be pursued should this matter persist. |
