paypal把我的钱CHARGE BACK了。我该怎么办?
联系了PAYPAL,他们说那个用来付帐的credit card被盗用了。可我的货已经发出,我有TRACKING NUMBER,而且已经显示客户签收了。跟PAYPAL说明了情况,可他们对此置之不理。只知道把钱要回去。 现在我的情况是钱被扣回去了,可货却要不回来!大家能否给点建议,应该怎么办。做点小生意不容易,赚来的一点辛苦钱还要这样赔进去! |

I have the same experience about 2 years ago. You can try to contact them, but I dont think they will help you at all. At that time, I checked internet for solution. A lot of people has the same bad experience and PayPal didn't do anything to help them. Hopefully after 2 years they have improved their service a bit. Good Luck |

I don't know what's the best solution. I have done more than 2 thousands of PayPal transactions and I don't have a single charge back yet. But here is my 2 cents. 1) Some online business have higher charge back risk than others. Exam the risk to profit ratio again if you have too much of charge back. 2) If you are doing lots of PayPal transactions and the chargeback is just a very very small portion than let it be that way. As long as you are making a decent profit, don't worry about that too much. It is just the cost of business. 4) Check the PayPal's help pages and the Terms and Conditions. Find out what PayPal's policy about this. 3) Check that charge back transaction to see if "seller's protection" is "eligible" or not. 5) Make a list of the courtiers / areas that you don't do business with. Beware of buyers from certain countries/ regions. 6) Move on. It is not the end of the world. Sell more. 这么厉害啊!是不是你的金额小? Paypal说不保护没有confirm address的交易,但很多客户都不会去confirm他们的地址. Paypal是比较流氓,收那么高的手续费但不做事. Paypal应该去处理这些,要不然商家总是吃亏. 看过一个老外卖了台手提电脑给别人结果被chargeback了又损失一台手提电脑. 唉~~~ |

There is always a risk of chargeback whenever you accept credit cards, online or offline (face to face), through PayPal or through your own Merchant Account. Banks do the same thing. They protect the buyers first. So don't just blame PayPal. Weigh the risk before you go for the transaction. |

PAYPAL目前对此的态度是不理不睬。连点基本的处理方法或建议都没有。他们的服务跟高额的手续费不相衬。 PAYPAL一再强调信用卡被盗。我发货时,收货人的姓名是与信用卡持卡人的姓名一样的。那么倒底谁签收了货呢? 联系邮局,因为发货时购买了保险和签名服务。邮局有责任查核收件人的姓名。如果按PAYPAL所说,信用卡的主人不是收货人,并没有签收过任何货物,那么邮局就该对把货交给不同的人而负责。邮局的人说他们会验证收件人的证件,所以他认为这是买方的欺诈行为。最后邮局的人建议报警。由于收货人不在安省,所以还要向收货人所在地报警才行。 我正在考虑要不要报警。。。 |

Can you tell us more about these: 1) Where was the package shipped? 2) Who was the carrier? Canada Post? USPS? 3) How much was the product you sold? Searched the PayPal's help pages for "seller protection", I got this: --- For what situations will I receive seller protection coverage? Have repeated countless times, don't send the item until cash in your hand! Regardless what you fax/sent to paypal, you won't get your $$ back except the bad guy return the $$ to paypal. you use paypal, you should prepare for these kinds of rip-off. There is NO so called Seller protection in paypal's dictionary ever! Don't be fooled by those "protection", Paypal only protect their own pocket, neither buyer nor seller. feel sorry to see you learn the lesson in this way. PS: what is the recipient address? if the bad guy is in Canada, you could contact local Law enforcement to track him/her down. good luck. |

paypal就是这样黑心肠! 我遇到一个坏家伙,我交易之前(我对网络交易很警觉,但是上当多次)还叫paypal去查此人是否偷窃别人账户。paypal说没事,最后我交易了。半个月后,果真是偷账户的,叫我还钱。 我的账户现在是负的。我才不会去还的。为什么paypal收5%的手续费却不承担任何责任?没天理。 我才不管是否他把我的账户变成limited,要想我承担几百刀的损失没门。 paypal比网上很多没有监管的公司还要黑心肠。 庆贺paypal在中国彻底失败! |
