推荐一个唱放

看到玩LP的多起来就提个建议：

counterpoint。

有3个型号，1000，3000，5000。

听过3000的。感觉非常安静。声音取向上比力士的要舒缓一些。

还有要有MC输入。最好还要有可调阻抗匹配的。

不玩MC也是一大遗憾呀。

From TT to phono preamp it's always single-ended RCA as this is the standard. It's low gain signal so makes no sense to use XLR.

From phono preamp to your preamp, at least SIM AUDIO has a phono pre with XLR output.

Based on what I read, there is a reason to use balanced interconnect between TT to phono preamp, it depends on the cartridge you choose, if you use MC, then better use balanced all the way.

Another small benefit with balanced is that it's not easy to pick up interference.. interference can be a problem with the low signal passing through RCA interconnect, so as I heard..

The PHONO 2 CI is an excellent Phonopreamplifier in fully balanced Single-Ended Class-A design. He incorporates beside the regular RCA input which is based on voltage amplification, additionally an XLR TRUE balanced current amplifier input for MC-cartridges.

Both inputs have flexible gain adjustment to match the cartridge with the input-amplifictaion.

Fact:
MC (Moving Coil)-cartridges are balanced current generators and matching best with balanced current amplifiers
MM (Moving Magnet)-cartridges are voltage generators and matching best with voltage amplifiers

The Vinylfriend has here the unique possibility to choose between two completely different amplification technologies. The unbalanced voltage amplification or the balanced current amplification input. Both amplification methods are user adjustable or working automatically. Because of this flexibility there was no MM oder MC cartridge found, which did not sound excellent with the Phono2Ci.

First time I heard about this ... Even if the phono pre has XLR input, I wonder if there is any TT with XLR output. I thought in order to be fully balanced both source and destination have to be XLR all the way, including the circuit?

I found very few TT has balanced out... the VPI line of TT which I am investigating does have XLR junction box as an optional upgrade for $250 more..

Aqvox is a German company too.. somehow I always got attracted to German audio product lately..

Instead of putting a junction box in between TT and phono pre, why not just go straight from TT to phono pre?

That's what I meant. You won't see XLR coming out from the tonearm section itself.

Like German? Burmester! That's about as high end you you can get from German's stuff.

That's what I meant. You won't see XL...

Hopefully one day I can afford any of those high-end stuff, for now, they are way too high for me to reach.

That junction box IS part of turntable, not an add-on, so you are directly connected from TT to phono by XLR.

You see in the picture below, the little black box, which is linked to tonearm with that thin white/red wire, is the junction box. Most junction box is with RCA connector, but in this case, it can be replaced with XLR connector, as shown in second picture.

又研究了一把，发现，你说的那种，直接从tonearm去phono的，也有产品支持。
这种的好处就是根本不需要那个junction box了：

我准备自摸一个，装在唱头那里，出来线的信号就是标准的线路输出了，呵呵。
象SOT23-8封装的IC就行了。电阻电容用0603或0402的，很轻。

YES，就是一个带RIAA的放大器，输出电平达到普通线路输出的，1Vp-p吧，简单。不需要额外BOX，那些电源都可以加在唱机里面。
