入籍 孩子的PR,没有满足五年住三年,可以和满足入籍条件父母入吗?

孩子在国内,登陆后,已经离开加拿大三年多了.

现在留在加拿大的家长已经都入籍条件了,可以带孩子一起入吗?

看到带孩子一起入的条件是孩子要是PR身份,问题是孩子没有满足居住时间,现在还算PR身份吗?

18岁以下的孩子必须是移民身份才能入籍，但不受4年住满3年的限制。

PR是5年住满2年，不是3年。

如果你的孩子已经不符合pr身份，我想可能很悬，除非你有什么理由能让移民局认可。

我在网站上看见说可以把境外居住时间算在两年里的只有:
You are a child accompanying a Canadian-citizen parent.
一家人一起登陆的(大人都还不是公民).

大家都是指谁呢？如果哪个人叫“大家”，他告诉你孩子不用蹲移民监，那你现在应该找他问个清楚了。

关于入籍：
A child (under 18 years of age) must be a permanent resident of Canada to apply for Canadian citizenship. To apply on behalf of your child, you must either:

already be a citizen; or
apply for citizenship together as a family.
Children do not need to have lived in Canada for three years before applying.
关于保留移民身份：
You must accumulate two years of physical presence in Canada in every five-year period. You can also count Canadian residency days if you are outside Canada for an extended period of time for one of the following reasons:
You are accompanying your Canadian-citizen spouse or common-law partner.

你对cic关于保留身份的规定理解有误，后面是说这些情况下你在加拿大境外的时间也可能计算在你的居住时间内，并不是说这些情况下才是2年。不管是谁，想保留身份都必须5年之内住满2年。

道听途说的本来就不一定准确，尤其是你还在乎这些，那就更不应该不负责了，等到麻烦来了才开始认真研究。

鉴于你的帖子，我是说不好你的孩子是否还符合移民身份，建议你问一下移民局的人。good luck
