移民 10年担保期的时间计算

请教:如果父母来加探亲后申请移民,一直居住在加拿大没有回中国,直到移民签证下来.请问从入境日到移民批准日这段时间可不可以算在担保的10年内.有1种说法是算,第2种是算1半,第3种是不算,请问那里可以查到,能否给个link,thanks!

原话如此,你说是哪天算起?来源于IMM1344EB表,就是担保协议书.
