【求助】有租Apt的吗？

想问一下，我租的Glemore Estate 的 Apt (2120 Southland Dr, SW, Calgary 就在Southland Leisure Center 隔壁).lease到期了，准备不继续租了， 我们把炉灶，台面，洗手间，都清洗了，地毯用新的洗尘器吸了，但是管理员还要求洗地毯...

很少听说过，退房不扣deposit的，你洗的再干净，也要扣，如果不洗，扣的估计更多。
